The Cellerciser is our highest end multi purpose rebounder. It is much more expensive than the Rebound Air or Needak rebounder.
It is best known for their triple tiered springs and the fact that you don’t ever have to change springs. Each spring is zinc coated so they don’t rust. Each spring is made of US steal, not galvanized steal. Their springs cost about 4 times the price. The springs are digitally tempered where there are no air bubbles in the spring that make the springs lose its tensile strength.
The Callerciser gives the same bounce no matter what the person’s weight is under its weight limit. So, a 300 pound person gets the same bounce as a 100 pound person as the 300 pound person engages the entire 2nd and 3rd tier of the spring.
The silver alloy zinc coated spring makes the spring much quieter than the galvanized steel and grey carbon springs that aren’t coated with zinc. No body I talk to wants the squeaking noise every time they jump.
Most people get the balance bar with the Cellerciser. If you try to do a front kick or back kick most people will fall backwards without the bar. Also, if doing the health bounce, the bar helps to stay back on my heels.
As far as the bounce from the Cellerciser, lightweight people usually like the Trifold better and heavier people prefer the half fold. For those doing the health bounce, the bar helps make bouncing more uniform.
The Cellerciser is also known for no off gassing. The stitching is made of polyester, not nylon threading that many people are sensitive to its strong scent. You can leave the Cellerciser in the car all day and it will not smell as there are no petrochemicals to off gas.
As far as recommending the Cellerciser, I would recommend it for people that have foot inversion problems as this has the least coning in of all the multi purpose rebounders I’ve tested (Needak, Rebound Air). This is my top recommendation for those looking to do the Health Bounce and Cario/Toning as well. For those looking for a dedicated Health Bounce rebounder the Lymphaciser or the Health Circulator are my two rebounders dedicated to detox and the health bounce.
The Cellerciser can be kept outside without rusting and left in the hot sun without fading. Those living in humid places like Florida will appreciated this. The Cellerciser is about 10 pounds heavier than other rebounders as it has a heavier gauge steel frame that makes it a little harder to carry. I would recommend the Trifold for people that don’t want to carry the half fold. The heavier weight makes this the most sturdy multi purpose rebounder I have reviewed.
The polymer feet should not scuff up the carpet or tiles like the rubber feet. Polymer lasts much longer than rubber feet so every few years there is no need to replace the feet.
