The ReboundAir rebounder is the most affordable multipurpose rebounder. It is much less expensive than the higher end Celleriser and also less expensive than the Needak. I usually tell people that this is better than the 50 dollar sporting good store rebounders. This is a great rebounder for those on a strict budget that must have a rebounder but cannot afford the others. As far as the quality, it depends on which one you get. I try to steer people away from the plastic frame models. I talk a lot on my site about off gassing from plastic, especially for those that have chemical sensitivities.

The Reboundair models that are made of steel are the ones that I promote over the plastic model of theirs. I urge everyone that uses the ReboundAir rebounder to use it with the spring cover. The springs can be a hazard if they are exposed. Also, the springs are much noisier

based on all my comparison tests between the Needak and Cellerciser which are the other 2 multi purpose rebounders that are much better based on the Health Bounce and bounce integrity.

But again, this is a much more affordable rebounder. The Reboundair has short barrel springs that gives it less bounce and for those that are going to jump high make sure you get an extra set of springs if you want to maintain close to the initial tensile strength of the springs as when the springs were new.

As far as the mat quality, it has the Permatron mat like the Cellerciser and Needak but it is not stitched together like the ones that have the seat belt material and cross stitched. It does not use polyester threading and uses nylon threading which is cheaper than polyester that does not leach any smell. As far as the evenness of the bounce, it is much firmer around the edges and soft in the middle. It has a much lower sweet spot to do the Health Bounce than the Needak or Cellerciser rebounder.

Many people like the Reboundair as it is much lighter than the other multi purpose rebounders as it has a lower gauge steel frame than just say the Cellerciser. The bounce can be different for different weight classes. A 250 pound person may bottom out quicker than a lighter person. This is the biggest factor when buying for a family of 2 or more when people of different weights want the same bounce. The Cellerciser is the only one that has the triple tiered springs to adjust to each person’s weight.

ReboundAir was one of my best selling rebounders back in the day before Cellerciser came out. That is when everything changed. The technology to make high carbon triple tiered springs that could be digitally tempered were not around then.

I only recommend the Reboudair rebounder as a last resort for those that do not have the means to buy the newer generation multi purpose rebounders or a high end single purpose Health Bounce rebounder like the Lymphaciser or the Health Circulator.
