People ask me all the time how long they should rebound on their rebounder. All this depends on what type of rebounder someone is using. The single purpose rebounders can get nearly 180 bounces per minute while the multi purpose rebounders get less and the bungee rebounders get the least bouncer per minute of all since there is so much air time.
The goals is to pump the lymph fluid to the lymph system so it can be dumped into the liver. The lower the bounce to the mat the more flushes per minute and the more pop as there are no long decelerations on a single purpose lymphatic rebounder. Those that get multi purpose rebounders may have to use up more energy since the springs stretch more giving a deeper bounce. The shorter the springs the less energy that is required to do the Health Bounce. Many people do not have time and would like to get their lymphatic flush in almost half the time with a single purpose rebounder. Many people come home from work from a lymph system that was barely pumped all day and a single purpose rebounder can get their session done much quicker. I would not jump the amount of time to get complete my 10,000 steps per day all at once. The gall bladder can only produce so much bile to emulsify the waste dumping into the liver. I urge people to find an aggressive probiotic that will help with this. Many people just starting out on a lymphatic rebounder only bounce for 2 minutes at at time and then scale up or down each day as their body can handle more lymphatic flow.
