Most people end up buying a multi purpose rebounder but for those that want a dedicated rebounder for lymphatic drainage, these are the rebounders that are the single purpose rebounders.
The rebounder that gives just enough G force to make the person airborn no longer than necessary to get the next G force on the next bounce. Being in the air longer than needed takes away from the negative pressure created by rebounding. Springs that have more coils will have to decelerate the mat more to generate the same G force as a high tensile strength, low yield short single tier spring. Triple tier springs are the best for the Health Bounce if getting a multi purpose rebounder. The best health bounce should have about 180 bounces per minute to move 4 teaspoons of lymph per minute to the liver.
Most people just bounce and never know to land on their heels first and roll to the toes to push off. The way nearly 100% of the people jump without being taught the proper way land on their toes first and don’t get the lymphatic results. Most people buy a multi purpose rebounder and the springs have too many coils to give that quick pop like a single purpose rebounder (Lymphaciser, Health Circulator, Lympholine).
Many people have joint problems that look to rebounding. These people usually have exhausted their eliminatory organs and the toxins in the body settle in their connective tissues causing all types of problems.
Many people use infrared saunas and don’t know if they should go in there first or rebound. The toxins must be released before removed. If just released they just circulate back into the bloodstream and back to the fat cells (homeostasis) and the entire rebounding session doing the Health Bounce was for nothing.
Most multi purpose rebounders are good if someone wants to exercise but these typically move about 1 to 2 teaspoons of lymph per minute. These usually give about 90 to 120 bounces per minute at around 2 G force.
The 3 G force rebounders are the single purpose models that are dedicated to the Health Bounce. It takes about double the session time to move the same amount of lymph as one would on a single purpose rebounder.
The perfect health bounce is having a split second of weightless. This repeated compression and decompression helps diffuse fluids in and out of the cells. All the wastes should dump into the lymph capillaries and finally to the lymph vessels through the negative pressure from the one way valves. With a single purpose rebounder the cleansing process is increased exponentially compared to the exercise rebounders. If the acceleration is too slow, the valves in the lymphatic channels won’t have enough force to pump the fluid.
Note: There need to be enough time in between rebounding sessions to allow the gall bladder to produce more bile to process the waste for the next session. Most people just starting out doing the Health Bounce usually have sludge blood and should take it slowly. Sludge blood cannot hold as much oxygen and most people have low energy that have this type of blood.
I urge people to learn the Health Bounce if getting a single purpose rebounder. If the heels hit the mat first and the person pushes off too quickly, the body will feel two waves of forces. This is not good. This is why nearly every single purpose rebounder has a single tier. It usually takes several sessions before the “heel to toe” bounce becomes routine. Also, it is hard do land on the heels if the rebounder is pronating the ankle and coning the mat in to much. I do not promote these brands for the Health Bounce.
Warning: most sporting good store rebounder have single coil springs. These are great for jogging but not for bouncing. The recoil on these bottom out at the bottom of the bounce and jar nearly everyone that tries to do the Health Bounce on them. That flat bottoming out experience is the reason many people seek a dedicated rebounder for lymphatic drainage.
There are 2 people that buy rebounders for detox. Those that have gut toxins and those that have fat toxins. Fat toxins can get sucked into the lymph system and not toxins built up in the gut. This requires a different protocol for them to be released and then rebounding can be the next step, not the first step. Some people are so toxic they can’t assimilate any more toxins at this time. Those people who have this problem probably know what I am talking about that have this anaerobic metabolism. When the liver is so toxic to start with the body will have a very hard time processing the waste dumped into the liver.
My goal is to always keep up the negative pressure by having more bounces with less air time. The best rebounder for the Health Bounce should give closer to 3 bounces per second when doing the heal to toe foot shuffle. Thats 180 bounces x 60 minutes (10,800 bounces per hour). If getting 2 bounces per minute (120×60). That’s 7,200 bounces per hour. Having a better rebounder that is designed for more bounces per minute and a lesser deceleration time will get the bounce time lower.
